FULDA - BAROQUE WITH FLAIR
Baroque city Fulda is written on the signs on the highway and indeed, the baroque quarter is a remarkable urban ensemble that characterizes the city. The unique cathedral is unparalleled in Germany. But Fulda is not only home to Baroque masterpieces. Opposite the cathedral is St. Michael's Church, one of the oldest Romanesque churches in Germany.
If you stroll a little further through the Romanesque alleyways of Fulda, you will reach the medieval old town. At every turn, contemporary history never seems like a museum. The old buildings house stores, boutiques and plenty of pubs, restaurants and street cafés.
So it's no wonder that Fulda is perceived by guests from all over the world as a lively cocktail of colorful impressions. A delightful mixture of traditional sights, cultural attractions and all kinds of modern leisure activities. No wonder viewers of hr television voted Fulda the most beautiful city in Hesse in 2012.

THE RHÖN - THE LAND OF OPEN SPACES
The unique cultural landscape, characterized by countless unforested hilltops, lovely valleys, moors and unique flora and fauna has a few surprises in store for you. But that's not all.
