Hygiene concept


General information

» wearing a mouthguard is compulsory for the safety of everybody in all public areas (it is possible to purchase a mouthguard on site)

» during the check-in and check-out process as well as for general reception issues, Plexiglas panels protect guests and staff alike

» social distancing markings in the lobby and all other public areas help to ensure that safe minimum distances are maintained

» marked footpaths according to the one-way street principle ensure separate entrances and exits in all public areas

» lifts may be used simultaneously by a maximum of two guests or groups of people from two different households/rooms

» closely timed cleaning cycles guarantee the disinfection of sensitive public areas and especially light switches, lift buttons, door handles and other surfaces

» room cards, pens or similar objects are disinfected after each contact

» numerous dispensers with disinfectants are available in all public areas

» all hotel cleaning is carried out according to the latest requirements of the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) with increased cleaning frequency » contactless payment is preferred across the hotel

 

Employees

» are socially distancing

» stay at home with the slightest symptoms of illness

» wear protective clothing such as a mouthguard or disposable gloves, depending on the area of activity, and are equipped with disinfectants

» comply with the daily hygiene rules and is trained to do so

» are prepared and trained for emergencies and act in accordance with clearly defined emergency guidelines » follow closely timed cleaning cycles

 

Room

» will, on request, not be entered during the stay

» is cleaned according to the highest standards of hygiene

» objects of daily use such as the TV remote control or the telephone are disinfected after each use

» intentional avoidance of information documents - brochures and flyers are available digitally on the hotel website or can be requested by telephone

» each room is cleaned only after departure before it is sealed and handed over to the next guest

Gastronomy

» food and beverages are stored and processed according to current HACCP requirements and official food safety recommendations
